The BLE Group understands that the nature of newsletters can be fast-paced, often with last-minute articles, photos, and ads. We have two phases for newsletters, designed to accommodate the individual needs for newsletters. Phase one is the design and completion of the newsletter with all text, photos, and ad information received by the designer by the phase one deadline (TBD prior to start of project). During phase two, additions and changes will be billed at the hourly rate of $150/hour. Not all newsletters will need to proceed to Phase Two.
